One of the most dynamically developing segments of the automotive market around the world is a sale of subcompact cargo-passenger cars. This is understandable, as the ever-increasing traffic on the streets of cities, rise of fuel and service prices make business look for the best solutions. Those cars and motorcycles are especially popular with commercial organizations that work in the field of shipping or transportation in major cities. In congested streets of modern cities, this compact and maneuverable car becomes simply irreplaceable. In Uzbekistan, truck motorcycle because of its unpretentiousness will be in great demand in farms as well, because motorcycle, as preliminary tests show, copes with off-road easily.
Chinese investors acted a partner of the Uzbek side in this project. Initially, it was planned that the car assembly would be held in one of the industrial zones, but then the choice was made in favor of Tashkent as one of the fastest developing metropolises in Central Asia, and having extensive transport and communication infrastructure.
The company is planning the further development of production. Now motorcycles are manufactured using the so-called ‘complete knock down assembly’, but in the near future, according to investors, the work begins on the localization of the components, and not far off the development of production of new models.
