For the implementation of the Program, the Cabinet of Ministers allocates 15 billion soums from state trust funds and over $17 million from funds of international organizations, financial institutions and grants.
It is expected that the centers will be operational from January 1, 2019.
The centers will help to increase the speed, quality and level of accessibility of the ambulance service.
Among their tasks is a centralized reception and automated processing of ambulance calls throughout the country. They will also provide operational management and coordination of the activities of ambulances. They are also tasked with interaction with the emergency services of the Ministry of Interior Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and JSC Uztransgaz.
The Program of measures includes activities in three main areas. It is necessary to form a regulatory framework for the organization of the activities of the Coordination and Dispatch Services, as well as to form their material and technical base. A set of measures should also be implemented on training and retraining of personnel.
