The Youngest Deputy Minister Deals with the Issue of Popularizing Reading among School Children

The youngest deputy minister in the government of Uzbekistan, Deputy Minister of Public Education, Alisher Sadullayev, for the purpose of popularizing the reading invited school children to participate in the contest, and he also made new promises.

“You know that after our last visit to the Republican Children’s Library, we agreed to hold several interesting contests in order to attract school children’s interest in reading and the library,” the Deputy Minister wrote on his Facebook page.

“We decided to launch a new creative contest of readers,” Alisher Sadullayev continues. “Terms of the contest are very simple: questions will be asked in Uzbek and Russian languages, as well as a quiz and interesting assignments. More detailed information can be found on the official page of the Republican Children’s Library.”

Two winners will be determined daily within a month. Winners will receive prizes - the latest editions from domestic publishers in Uzbek and Russian.
And the Deputy Minister promised to award absolute winners at the end of the month personally, as well as to conduct an excursion for them on the Republican Children’s Library.
